Booking our Luxury Vacation Home is easy. It is a
2-part process. First click
here to send an availability request form, or call us at the phone
numbers listed above. Once we receive your form or phone call, we will provisionally
hold the dates (if available) for one week (we will contact you to confirm
your dates are available) allowing you the opportunity to complete and return the form.
We accept 2 ways of payment, by cheque/check or by Paypal, when filling out
the availability request form please make sure to specify which preferred
method of payment you will be using. Second, when your dates have been
confirmed, you will need to download a booking form
direct from this site, see below for the appropriate form, fill the form out
and mail it in with cheque/check to the address on the form. If paying
by Paypal you will be notified by email for booking and payment information.
THERE ARE SOME CONDITIONS OF BOOKING THAT YOU SHOULD NOTE:
* All confirmed bookings should include a deposit of £100 ($175).
* All rental charges need to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida. (For late bookings within 8
weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the booking form.)
* A security deposit of £150/$250 is required with the final payment. This will be refunded in full 4 weeks
after your return date, provided no damage is caused to the property. All damages must be reported and
paid for prior to vacating the premises.
*Arrivals must be after 4pm local time and departure must be no later than
10:30am unless agreed locally
with our property managers. This is to allow a thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out for our
next guests.
* Once you have paid your rental charge, everything else is included, except pool heat if required.
